From its founding to the present day, each president has contributed uniquely to advancing OCA’s mission of preserving cultural heritage, fostering community engagement, and promoting the welfare of its members.

Founding Leadership

Chief Adolph Obilor – Foundering President (1998 – 2004)
As the founding president, Chief Obilor established the vision and structure of OCA, setting the stage for a thriving and united community organization.

Subsequent Presidents

Mr. Cosmos Onyeukwu – President (2004 – 2006)
Provided early leadership that helped stabilize and grow the association in its formative years.

Chief Emma Diala – President (2006 – 2008)
