In December 2025, the Owerri Cultural Association (OCA) carried out a heartfelt palliative outreach program, extending vital support to our members’ communities across an estimated 30 villages in Imo State, Nigeria. Through this initiative, OCA provided food relief and essential assistance to families facing hardship, helping to ease hunger and bring comfort during a challenging period. This outreach reflects OCA’s deep commitment to community development, compassion, and unity—ensuring that no member’s community is forgotten.
